​A bit about Nicola

Hailing from Scotland and holding a BSc in Psychology and Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, Nicola began her recruitment career in Leeds in 2005. She moved into IT recruitment in Edinburgh before moving to Aotearoa in 2010 and spending 10 years recruiting in New Zealand’s IT sector.

What sparks Nicola

Nicola is fascinated by the ever-changing face of technology and loves learning about the advances in the industry. She has recruited across the board in IT; from testers and business analysts to mechatronics engineers and many more. Nicola especially enjoys the fast pace of contracting recruitment.
