This company has a small but rapidly growing team delivering a web/mobile application and associated websites that help enhance the health and wellbeing of their large number of end-users globally. You'll be based out of brand new office space in sunny Mt Maunganui, and working with a fun, social and passionate team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Although full-stack development capabilities are required for this role, you will mainly be focusing on back-end web development. Working to strict deadlines, you will be working on specific features of the application or creating/updating features & content of associated websites. You may also work on research/testing scenarios as preparation for potential features being added to the application.
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking someone with a passion for web development and delivering quality code. You will always strive to upskill your abilities and will keep up with modern web standards. To be successful, you will need strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively whilst working under pressure.
In addition, you will need the following technical skills:
PHP
JavaScript
WordPress
HTML/CSS
MySQL or similar
Experience scaling applications and websites
It is also highly desirable if you have any of the following:
Experience with other JavaScript libraries/frameworks
Experience with Android or iOS app development
Experience with Adobe products
