 ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The team is dedicated to delivering expert advice and services with their clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is based in their Wellington office within the technology team. You will be involved in the training programme and managing administration to coordinate training sessions for the business. You will be responsible for facilitating induction training for new starters in the Wellington office and will be the face of the business; you will have a huge impact when it comes to the employees experience. 


ABOUT YOU:
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification or at minimum, possess an exceptional working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience delivering training in a variety of formats and a strong service delivery focus
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels and demonstrate an exemplary high level of customer service
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, experience thinking critically, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
