ABOUT THE ROLE: Due to growth of the development team, there is a need for an additional test analyst to define, prioritise and test the work for each iteration. We can consider someone full time, or part time for a minimum of 30 hours a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Carry out manual testing where functionality cannot be covered by automated testing
Support the Product Owner to develop a roadmap, and to organise, manage, and prioritise the backlog of epics and user stories
Define requirements and detailed acceptance criteria
Validate and prioritise bugs raised by customer support
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Prior experience as an analyst in an iterative/agile software development environment, writing detailed acceptance criteria
Solid understanding of testing principles, methodologies and tools
Proven experience in test planning, analysis, documentation and functional testing
Strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with a development team, understand technical problems and bounce ideas to find a pragmatic solution
Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision making skills
