ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Technical Lead, you will lead the technical delivery of this company's innovative software solutions in a growing and maturing product development team. Working collaboratively with the internal teams, you'll deliver a range of software solutions to the diverse customer base both in New Zealand and globally. You will be a go-to person who is trusted to effectively deliver a broad range of software solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the software design and delivery of cutting-edge products and services, with a focus on cloud-based applications
Innovate across a diverse range of software and technology integration projects
Mentoring and working alongside a team of motivated, passionate and talented software developers
ABOUT YOU:
Previous experience as a technical lead
Extensive experience as a full stack developer with cloud-based software products, web development, systems integration using APIs, distributed systems, security systems and storage systems
Experience with MS Azure to provide software solutions with high availability requirements
Experience supporting the technical direction for software solutions throughout the SDLC
Strong technical capabilities across C#, TypeScript, SQL, .NET Core and React
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
