Technical Integrations Lead
Enterprise Customer | Leading NZ Consultancy | Hybrid Working
A leading New Zealand consultancy is looking for a Technical Integrations Lead to partner closely with one of their largest enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on position for someone who leads from the front, both technically and in the way they communicate with customers and internal teams.
The Role
You’ll act as the technical authority across Azure-based solutions, working directly with a major enterprise client to understand their strategy, challenges and long-term goals.
You’ll bridge business and technology, translating requirements into scalable Azure solutions. You'll provide guidance and help with troubleshooting.
You won’t have direct reports, but you will lead by example. Your credibility will come from your technical depth, your ability to problem solve, and the confidence you bring to customer conversations.
This role requires someone adaptable. Comfortable moving between architecture discussions, hands-on delivery, stakeholder engagement and solution design.

Your Background
- Strong hands-on experience delivering software solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Experience as a Technical Lead and/or Architect within a web development environment
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing conversations and build trusted relationships
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
- Comfortable translating business strategy into technical execution
