ABOUT THE ROLE:

Within this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s core on premise and cloud based IT Infrastructure is effectively supported to minimize the risk of any disruption to business activities. Core Infrastructure includes WAN, LAN, SAN, VM Environment, Citrix Farm, Active Directory, Windows Servers and more.
  
RESPONSIBILITIES:
These will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Ensuring IT infrastructure is implemented, maintained and monitored to minimize downtime which impacts business operations
  • Ensuring Active Directory and Group Policy is designed and maintained to best meet needs of the business
  • Troubleshooting and ensuring the resolution of any Windows Sever or Group Policy Issues
  • Providing Second Level support to the end users
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support requests and interactions with users, staff, residents and other parties.
  
ABOUT YOU:
We are seeking someone with at least three years of experience in similar roles.  In addition, you will need the following technical capabilities:
  • Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory on premise and cloud
  • Experience managing and supporting a Citrix Farm
  • Experience with VM environments
  • Experience in troubleshooting routers and switches, configuration, troubleshooting and hardware maintenance
  • Citrix Certification and Microsoft Certified IT Professional desirable
