ABOUT THE ROLE:
Take responsibility for the technical design of the IT systems infrastructure, ensuring systems meet requirements in terms of performance, security, compliance and availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Produce detailed system architecture designs
Provide thought leadership for technology initiatives
Provide point of escalation for complex technical issues and design challenges
Input into disaster recovery and business continuity planning
ABOUT YOU
Strong understanding of mid to large scale complex e-commerce systems
Solid track record of designing on-prem and cloud infrastructure and automated deployments
Good experience with VMware
Evidence of successfully leading and delivering complex technical designs which contribute to business success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
