ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be focused on supporting a large number of users and dealing with them directly. The focus will be level 1-2 Troubleshooting across a range of areas. You will be providing solutions that can be delivered by phone, email, remote connection and onsite

ABOUT YOU:
  • You will have 2+ years experience in a support role 
  • Comfortable with level 1-2 support
  • Keen to grow your career and looking for more exposure
  • Excellent written skills
  • Problem solver 
  • Clear communicator
  • In New Zealand with a valid work visa
