ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to full-stack development: planning, design, coding, testing, deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive tests (unit, integration).
- Review and provide constructive feedback on teammates’ code.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to shape architecture and customer solutions.
- Partner with the product team to scope features and provide technical insights.
- Triage and resolve support tickets, bugs and performance issues.
- Overseeing and guiding the analysing, writing, building, and deployment of software and supporting documentation.
- Strong OOP fundamentals with a deep understanding of best practices, design patterns and practical application to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks and Ruby on Rails.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL: schema design, writing efficient queries, indexing and performance tuning.
- A passion for continuous learning, growth mindset and staying updated with emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to own mid-sized features end-to-end.
- Growth mindset and passion for sharing knowledge
