You will be part of a team that’s dedicated to creating a fantastic experience across the business. You will be delivering to local and remote users / sites and engaging with internal users, technology teams, and vendors in a constructive and collaborative style. You will also attend to tickets and start giving on-site support clients.

This is an Initial three-to-six-month contract with an immediate start date, the successful candidate will need full New Zealand working rights.

  • 2+ Years working across level one and two support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
  • You are experienced handling phone queues and answering phone calls.
  • Confident in your written and verbal communications
