Job description

THE COMPANY

Local government client with a variety of users across different locations.  


THE ROLE

Provide level two and three user support across the Microsoft stack. 
  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Respond to incoming requests for support
  • Analyse issues and determine correct solution or escalate, as necessary
  • Laptop and smartphone build
  • Manage user access
  • Endpoint, app and peripheral support.
  • Patch management
  • Liaise with vendors regarding escalated issues
   
ABOUT YOU
  • Solid commercial experience with level 2 and 3 IT support
  • Experience across Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • ITIL certification would be advantageous
