Provide level two and three user support across the Microsoft stack.

THE ROLE
Provide level two and three user support across the Microsoft stack.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Respond to incoming requests for support
- Analyse issues and determine correct solution or escalate, as necessary
- Laptop and smartphone build
- Manage user access
- Endpoint, app and peripheral support.
- Patch management
- Liaise with vendors regarding escalated issues
ABOUT YOU
- Solid commercial experience with level 2 and 3 IT support
- Experience across Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- ITIL certification would be advantageous
