New Zealand owned and operated business working in the finance space, with customers at the front and centre of everything they do.
  
ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be a single point of contact for all support request across hardware, operating systems and applications.
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure user queries and issues are captured, triaged, and investigated
  • Develop and deliver end-user training
  • Provide application support and configuration
  • Device procurement and management
  • Developing and maintaining the knowledge base
ABOUT YOU
  • Solid commercial experience of providing level 1 support
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
  • Great customer service skills
  • Very strong communication
