ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be working in a collaborative team, reporting directly into the General Manager of Service Delivery. You’ll be leading performance management across the business ensuring success, leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of five.
As the Service Delivery and Performance Manager, you will be accountable for change management across the business, leading and managing oversight for all projects and operational performance to support teams in New Zealand and offshore, with the goal of achieving or exceeding their clients SLA's and KPI's. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior working in the Service Delivery realm to take their career to the next level.
Operating as the proactive strategic liaison between the company and their external Senior Stakeholders, you will be confident in interacting with their clients, customers and government bodies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support, mentor and lead your direct reports driving success from a people leadership, performance, safety and commercial sustainability perspective, collaborating to achieve targets
Develop and implement strategy, policies and initiatives that focus on continuous improvement of the business
Maintain and develop strong relationships across the businesses departments, along with senior external stakeholders
Develop and upskill team members alongside HR
Report operational issues to the Executive General Manager and CEO, along with reporting project progress on a timely basis
Oversee the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring these are achieved according to requirements
Implement efficient systems to monitor performance
Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and roadblocks, working alongside senior managers
Engage, consult, communicate, and inform key senior external stakeholders, implementing a stakeholder management plan
Uphold HSEQW policies and procedures across the company, liaising with the HSEQW Manager as necessary
Assist the BI and Technology teams to implement and design IT systems
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Management role, with a Degree or Diploma in Management/Engineering/IT/Telecommunications/Project Management
PMP or PGMP certified
Excellent external stakeholder management skills
