ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting contract opportunity for someone who has experience defining sales user journeys. The role is B2B and B2C and you'll be involved with the product side, the app, kiosks, tablets, retails stores.
You'll be involved in contributing to the digital's strategic direction and ensure the strategy is implemented correctly across all digital channels. There will be multiple projects but the main project will be focussed on improving their sales process.
It's a great project to sink your teeth into and also really make am impactful difference to the business.
The contract is for an initial 6 months.
You'll have experience in creating sales a similar role with hands-on experience in User Experience Design.
You'll have proven experience in mapping sales (ecommerce) user journeys and have the ability to discuss these projects in detail.
If you have worked for larger, complex organisations that would be a bonus.
