About the Role:

This UX focused Experience Design role is responsible for contributing to and driving the design of innovative customer-centred experiences that meet client’s objectives and goals. You will be responsible for the overall quality of the user experience, including facilitating workshops, conducting research, conceptualising, wireframing, prototyping, testing and proposing new solutions (UI and visual design skills are a must).
In joining the experience practice, you will be supported, mentored, and coached in design methods to develop your skills and techniques. Helping build a broader experience capability across the business.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and advocate a user-centred design process
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements
  • Lead user research activities (interviews, testing, secondary research synthesis & analysis)
  • Facilitate and participate in ideation and workshops
  • Produce reports, concepts, wireframes, information architecture (IA) and interactive prototypes
  • Produce development-ready design solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions working closely with Tech Leads
  • Contributing and implementing new design methods and approaches
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years commercial experience in user experience or related field, ideally within an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field / or equivalent working experience
  • Portfolio of work that includes artefacts, process and examples. Proficient in various research and CX/UX design techniques such as qualitative research methods, personas, journey mapping, surveys & usability testing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues
  • Comfortable leading cross-function design teams
  • Experience working in lean and agile project environments
