ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for effective delivery of all testing activities and providing hands on testing support. Responsibilities include:
• Ability to identify and document test scenarios and scripts. • Ability to derive test cases based on requirements. • Perform functional, regression, integration, system and end to end testing. • Ability to ensure test coverage and defects are captured and communicated clearly. • Provide input to continuous improvements on our testing methods and standards. • Participate in the test strategy and planning for initiatives. • Recommend and implement improvements to the testing capability within the Technology domains ABOUT YOU:
8+ years of professional quality engineering experience (insurance domain would be bonus)
Hands-on experience on software test automation using Playwright (or similar)
Quality-oriented with a hands-on personality
Strong Agile background and mindset.
Ability to coach and mentor junior junior team members
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly is a fundamental necessity
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
