A little bit about the company:
If you are looking for an upbeat, cool industry to work in... look no further! A household name in NZ is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their close-knit head office team. There is hybrid working options, and there will be opportunity to travel to their other offices in Australia for training. The office is based in the Penrose area. 

With lots going on with new initiatives, a fast-paced industry, you will be working with multiple stakeholders across the entire business. 

A little bit about the role: 

• To provide timely and effective support
• Responds to users needs, queries, issues and requests in a timely and helpful manner, allowing them to work more efficiently with the available systems
• Follows issue processes through to appropriate resolution
• Vendor Relationship management 
• Engage business stakeholders to translate needs into documented requirements
• Drive external vendors to deliver projects to agreed timeframes
• Deliver project plans, test plans, tracking documents and written communications/project updates
• This role will have one direct report, that this person will help with the recruitment with. 

Who are you and what is your profile?
You will bring your Senior Systems Engineer experience to this role. You will be customer orientated, and will build strong relationships within the business. This role will be heavily project based, so it will be varied! You will have experience working in a fast paced environment, helping people who are offsite. 

You will have had experience leading projects, and will be the type of person who can identify areas that can be improved. One of the companies core values is continuous improvement. This is still a "hands on" role, and you will need to be confident working autonomously.

• Active Directory, File and Print Server 
• Office 365 Administration 
• Point-of-Sale, Eftpos, Computer Hardware 
• System Configuration Manager
