ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A well established and successful organisation, providing IT consulting, managed services, systems integration and cloud computing services to their clients. They offer a fun, social and supportive working environment from their North Shore based offices.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Within this role, you will provide both onsite and remote support to the internal and external customers.  Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Managing and supporting your primary assigned customers
  • Mentoring and assisting the Service Team members
  • Being the escalation point for the Service Team members
  • Ensuring escalation process is followed and applied appropriately
  • Contribute to or Complete Architect work on new projects
  • Working as a project team member or lead
  • Working with project managers and customers
This is a 40 hour per week, full time role.

ABOUT YOU:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of previous experience in  multi-customer support role, along with good generalist systems, networking and cloud knowledge.  The ideal person will have the following technical capabilities:
  • All Windows Servers and Workstation operating systems
  • Microsoft System Centre Products (VMM/DPM/CCM)
  • Application Servers (Exchange/SQL/SharePoint/Active Directory)
  • Microsoft Cloud Technologies (Azure/Office 365/One Drive Business/Teams)
  • Citrix Technologies (XenApp/NetScaler/PVS)
  • Hypervisor Technologies (Hyper V with Clustering Services)
  • Backup Technologies (Veeam and Datto)
It is highly desirable that you have a relevant degree and/or certifications.

It is also essential that you have:
  • Driver’s licence and own transport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
