ABOUT YOU:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working out of the Nelson office, you will be focused on managing escalation technical support in a level 3 capacity, troubleshooting and problem resolution for your customers. You will lead any Problem Management investigations for platform or customer issues and deliver internal and/or customer projects when required. You will also help with the continuous development and support of Level 1 and 2 engineers.
