ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the ServiceNow expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the system, as well as gathering business requirements, designing/implementing technical solutions, coordinating the implementation projects, and training users.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow administration
• Database administration experience
• The ability to gather and document business requirements
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Programming experience  preferred but can be taught - ideally JavaScript and familiarity with .NET
• An understanding of the key technologies related to ServiceNow integration solutions, including, SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT tools and software
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, communication and interpersonal skills
