ABOUT THE ROLE: Covering parental leave, this is an excellent contract opportunity for someone with first-class functional and technical capabilities. You will play a key role in supporting the platform, monitoring platform health and designing and delivering enhancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the Salesforce team to design and deliver business features
Monitoring the health of the platform and taking remediation actions where needed
Developing and managing existing and new Salesforce features
Developing and utilising common and reusable assets to enhance core functionality of solutions
Working with other technology teams to design and produce quality outcomes
Supporting other Salesforce Consultants in the team
Advising other Salesforce Consultants and technology stakeholders (including Product Owners, Business Owners and Solutions Architects) as to best practice use of Salesforce
Contribute to the development of agile processes
Managing the software release process including daily source code refreshes, code merges, release packaging, and deployments along with pre and post deployment checks
ABOUT YOU:
At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in client facing roles
A strong understanding of Salesforce functional components including flows, validation rules and custom objects, along with technical components including Apex and LWC
Solid experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud/
Experience with Data Cloud preferred
Strong experience with DevOps (GitHub), release packages, pipelines and deployment
