RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor and guide Intermediate and Junior developers within your team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and maintain web-based application using Ruby on Rails.
Take ownership of the back-end development, including design and maintenance, for the application
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Communicate technical ideas and lead projects with a focus on solving real world business challenges.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Ruby on Rails development.
ABOUT YOU:
Proven ability as a technical leader in web development, with experience driving, guiding, and supporting a team.
Extensive experience in developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Proficient in building and working with RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
