THE ROLE
Reporting to the QA Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and extending the automation framework to reduce manual testing scope and improve test efficiency. This requires advanced Python skills, so this is a prerequisite for the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with hardware and firmware teams to plan, design and maintain new and existing features
Train and coach relevant teams on automation testing processes
Identify tools needed to improve the existing automation framework
Interface with engineering, product management and support teams to develop and implement the automation framework
ABOUT YOU
A very strong track record in senior QA automation roles
Advanced Python experience is essential
Experience across hardware and firmware
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Prior experience of implementing and owning test automation frameworks
