ABOUT THE ROLE: As the first new hire in the Product team, this is a chance to really make your mark. For the right person, this represents the chance to build a team beneath you, with a career path to Chief Product Officer. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the Head Designer to review UI/UX
Be the voice of the user. Run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction
Clearly define and communicate product requirements using user stories and an agile development methodology
Drive prioritisation for new feature development
Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics. Consistently integrate behaviour data and customer feedback into key product decisions
ABOUT YOU:
FinTech experience highly desirable
Previous experience in a senior product owner role within a SaaS company
Detail oriented
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, fluid startup environment
A driver personality, constantly pushing towards clarity and successful delivery
The ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders & solve problems
Comfortable and effective at framing decisions with clear and logical arguments
First-class written and verbal communucation skills
