ABOUT THE COMPANY: This NZ SaaS company has a long history of success within its industry and are looking for a Senior Product/ UX designer to join their design team. Based in Auckland City fringe in modern offices - they offer hybrid and flexible working. You will however need to be able to come to the office weekly.
ABOUT THE ROLE: An exciting role where you will be working on new features. Working in Agile - you will work alongside the design and wider development team. Their product is complex and is used worldwide, ideally you will have worked in a SaaS environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to mentor and coach junior members of staff
Experience working with Mobile Apps
Excellent communication skills, able to speak across the business
Familiarity with working in an agile envionment
Understand SaaS products, and have worked on complex products before
Strong background in UX and Product design
Sketch, Figma or similar prototyping tools
Proven experience in conducting primary research
Interaction design skills such as wireframing, user flows, customer journey mapping
