Job description
A specialist growth agency working with ambitious NZ clients is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join the team.
You will lead performance media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and additional channels, working with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns that deliver growth to clients. This is a hands on role where continuous optimisation and analysis will be critical to the role.
This role has a clear progression path to a Head of Digital position, so if you're looking for your next long term role this should be considered.

Key responsibilities
- Set up and implement full funnel paid media strategies
- Drive improvements in CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue growth
- Set up, track, and analyse performance daily, delivering proactive insights to stakeholders
- Own client communication and provide clear updates
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years’ of digital marketing agency experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Expert knowledge in GA4 & GTM
- High level understanding of digital marketing channels and a genuine curiosity for the latest digital trends
