ABOUT THE ROLE:

Provide configuration, design, and problem management expertise across multiple sites. You will also create technical solutions and manage project delivery within your area.

Reporting to the networking and security team leader, you will:

• Design communication networks to support strategic and operational requirements
• Contribute to the development of recovery routines and contingency procedures
• Ensure that systems are available and reliable and performing to optimum standards
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve networking issues
• Work with vendors to ensure continuity of services

ABOUT YOU:

• Good knowledge of key technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and Meraki
• A strong track record of managing and configuring switches, routers, firewalls and load balancers
• Sound understanding of complex, multi-vendor production environments
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Excellent skills in providing technical support across all levels of an organisation
