ABOUT THE ROLE: This role will work with the technical lead and will have some team leadership through coaching and mentorship. Working along with the Technical Lead on Dynamics 365 and functional lead the you will be a D365 subject matter expert who collaborates with stakeholder to architect a technical solution
Provide Dynamic 365 technical leadership and support of team members through coaching/mentoring
Conduct code reviews insuring code is legally compliant
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices and standards
Promote high-standard and best engineering values and principles
Help removing technical blockers
Communicate High-Level solution Design
ABOUT YOU:
8+ years Dynamic 365 plugin development
Top tier Dynamic 365 API development
Exposure to Azure integration resources
Power platform certification (Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate)
2+ years experience in .NET Development
Compliance audit awareness
Fintech/Insurance background desired
