The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the team on a 6-month contract. You’ll work across a mix of projects from building intuitive front-end interfaces to integrating complex backend systems all within a supportive, fast-paced environment that values autonomy and technical excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop and deploy full-stack digital products across multiple projects
• Build performant, accessible front-end experiences using React and Next.js
• Develop and maintain backend services with Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and Firebase
• Integrate APIs, third-party data sources, and CMS platforms 
• Contribute to technical discovery, architecture, and estimation
• Champion code quality, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and project leads

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience in full-stack development 
• Experience working in an agency environment on multiple projects 
• Deep knowledge of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with backend stacks (Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Firebase)
• CMS experience essential – ideally Sanity or Payload
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting (GCP, AWS, or Vercel)
• Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices
• Great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple active projects
