ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will work as a cross-functional squad member who uses agile development methodology to develop flexible product solutions. You will be responsible for the design, creation, testing and maintenance of product solutions.
As a senior member of the team you will lead and facilitate technical discussions, and coach and mentor other developers. You will help promote a culture of collaboration and will work alongside architects, practice leads and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Discussing, planning and participating in ceremonies that enhance the product
Reviewing current system and presenting ideas for improvement
Coding, testing, implementing and supporting software solutions in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment
Providing feedback on user stories from a quality perspective, and promoting bug prevention strategies, testability, accessibility and other QA concepts
ABOUT YOU:
You will be an experienced developer with:
Strong Java Spring Boot and/or Kotlin skills
Good front end skills with tech such as React or TypeScript
Solid experience of test-driven development and source control using Git and GitHub
A strong track record of using Docker for containerisation
Strong communication and relationship building skills
