ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is responsible for configuration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Platform. As part of a cross functional agile squad, you will assist with requirements analysis, provide estimates configure/extend the product, and contribute to validating the solution meets expected standards.
You will be a subject matter expert who collaborates with business stakeholders and D365 technical consultants to design, specify and configure a high-quality end-to-end solution.
Meet with stakeholders to understand their needs and elicit and analyze business requirements based on the scope of the initiative
Identify and resolve any conflicting requirements or issues between stakeholders
Communicate solution gaps to stakeholders and provide input to alternative solutions as appropriate
Produce Business Requirement documents
Configure well-structured and tested solutions which meet requirement specifications
Be aware of CI/CD pipelines and ensure that configuration changes are committed to the appropriate source control repository
Clarify requirements for developers where necessary
ABOUT YOU:
Minimum 5 years functional consulting experience with D365 and the Power Platform, including solution design, configuration integration and functional testing or other relevant activities
Excellent knowledge of D365 CE and Power Platform functionality and hands on experience configuring and extending the product
Knowledge of Azure integration resources, including Service Bus and Logic Apps
Knowledge of D365 F&O and/or Business Central is useful
Estimation and risk analysis
Experience of SDLC and Agile ways of working
Fintech/Insurance background desired
D365 CE and Power Platform functional certifications are highly desirable
