We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst who is proficient implementing HRIS systems, working with HR and passionate about enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, particularly within HRIS systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Guide and support the implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Business Analyst, specialising in HRIS/Workday/Microsoft Dynamics
Expertise in functional analysis, process mapping, and HRIS implementation.
Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex concepts.
Ability to work autonomously, drive initiatives, and deliver results within set timelines.
