ABOUT THE ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the interface between stakeholders, customers and digital development teams
- Identify, understand, analyse, document and communicate requirements
- Plan, monitor and manage the progress of prioritised features, requirements
- Release planning and management of changes across the digital stack
- Backlog management of Initiatives, Epics, User Stories & Bugs that impact on your functional area
- Work with Commercial team and stakeholders to shape business cases
- Assist with training staff for technology related initiatives
- Competitor analysis to understand market & functional trends
- Build customer understanding through interviews, research, user testing & feedback
- Support Head of Product in development and communication of Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Work closely with QA team and assist with the QA of initiative deliverables
- Provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders
- Previous experience working in both e-commerce and SaaS environments
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical people across all levels of a business
- Able to negotiate quality, detail, scope or deadlines
- Excellent understanding of SDLC
- Strong understanding of data modelling & mapping
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
