An organisation in the insurance sector seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join their Digital team. The Digital Team work in an agile project environment, with the vast majority of their projects developing and enhance their core system and ecosystem that it enables.

This role will jump into a digital project focused on the core finance systems and process to update and refine their current setup. Due to this project the role will ideally be suited to someone with experience working directly with finance teams and is finance literate.
YOU WILL:
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance their core system
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translating these into functional requirements and create user stories that are comprehensive along with acceptance criteria
Closely collaborate with the wider Development team to ensure projects are achieved timely
Apply design principles to create engaging user interfaces
Engage with senior leaders to enhance business goals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within finance services is a must, and experience in insurance industry is highly desirable
Previous experience working with finance teams and systems
Exposure to systems implementation projects
Analytical mind-set/problem solving skills
Understanding of design principles and user interface design experience
Agile experience
You’ll have great interpersonal skills and be a great communicator
