About the Role:

Holding a central position in the IT team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the business through large-scale systems overhauls. This is a massive undertaking for the organisation as they are at the start of a huge transformation programme. This role will provide you with the opportunity to innovate and have a say in genuine change across the business without large amounts of red tape and hurdles getting in the way. You will partner with key stakeholders from all areas and levels of the business in order to understand their unique needs and makes recommendations for the major systems changes.

Key Requirements
  • Strong BA skills, with an inquisitive mindset, and ability to partner with key stakeholders across the business to deep dive into their needs.
  • Proven experience across large scale systems overhauls.
  • Experience in financial services is desirable.
  • Good communication skills at all levels including Senior Management with the ability to persuade, influence and build rapport with others and to effectively impart specialist knowledge and build capability in others.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with delivery requirements and timelines.
