ABOUT THE CONTRACT:
This is an initial 4 month contract as part of a large digital transformation project - you'll be working on a key project as well as supporting on some big BAU projects.
Investigate, analyse and work with teams to solve complex problems and concepts
Capture and visualise business requirements as artefacts that provide the a foundation for successful solutions and implementation
Assist teams with identifying and analysing solutions options
Elicit business requirements to determine current state vs future state
Identify risks and issues associated with the change
Report on test activities and results as required
Provide test strategy and planning
Ensure requirements validation and solution designs seamlessly translates into user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate and bring together stakeholders and technical team members to create shared understanding of the business processes and requirements
ABOUT YOU:
Experience with customer facing digital products
Prior solid experience in a Business Analyst role
Experience of supporting complex change and/or multi-disciplinary projects and a track record of delivery
Solid experience of deploying business analysis best practices and disciplines (e.g.SCRUM, Agile)
Apply critical thinking to gathered requirements
