ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a senior account manager and work alongside some of their key customers in a strategic account management role. You'll have the ability to be responsible for the day to day account management of the clients, build out roadmaps for the clients and identify new opportunities for the company to support. You'll be involved in commercial planning (pricing) for customers as well. 

This role has an excellent base salary and uncapped commission structure. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Be primarily responsible for the relationships and  maintain close relationships with key contacts in key businesses 
  • Resolve customer problems or issues 
  • Consistently meet customer commitments and manage expectations
  • Support customers through regular and timely communication
  • Develop key strategies and plans to deliver sales revenue and associated profitability requirements
  • Monitor and analyse market and customer activity to provide information for planning and expansion
  • Ensure opportunities to leverage increased business via existing key customers are exploited, i.e. expanding the range of products supplied
  • Work with the Project Manager for new customer implementation programmes to ensure projects run efficiently to timeframe and budget
  • Develop strategies to deliver commercial targets and maximize market elasticity opportunities
  • Set key customer profit plans annually and ensure these are met or exceeded with corrective action taken to address variances where they occur
  • Implement and maintain a roadmap for all assigned clients
ABOUT YOU:
  • At least 5 years' experience in an account management role 
  • Experience in an IT solutions sales environment
  • Experience with customer delivery 
  • High level of analytical/problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer relationship building skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to sell innovation and ideas
