As a Scrum Master you will ensure that the development teams follow the company's scrum framework values and agile practices. In addition you will mentor and motivate the feature teams to improve processes, facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminate team impendiments.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Scrum Master you will ensure that the development teams follow the company's scrum framework values and agile practices. In addition you will mentor and motivate the feature teams to improve processes, facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminate team impendiments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using agile methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision making processes
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams make improvements
- Planning and organising demos and product/system testing
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Tracking project deliverables and financials
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
- Certified scrum master, SAFe highly advantageous
- 3+ years in a Scrum Master role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- First-class analytical and problem solving skills
