You’ll need to be Auckland based and available to be in the office 2–3 days a week.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce platforms and projects. This role will kick off in the discovery phase, working alongside a senior team (Service Designers, Customer Experience teams, Developers) to scope requirements and map processes.
You’ll bring your Salesforce expertise to ensure the right questions are asked, the right stakeholders are engaged, and solutions are fit for purpose.
This is a 3 month contract starting early October.

Who are you?
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience on Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in complex projects
- Skilled in gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, workshops, and documentation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma (or similar)
