ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Wellington Sales Manager, you will look to further build our high performing branch through managing 5 key accounts and a small Account Management team.
Through constructive and focused relationships, you will enjoy leading and mentoring the Account Managers to the highest standard, making certain that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided, and that each is able to extract maximum value from their IT investment.
You will also enjoy assisting the Business Development Manager to open doors of SMB’s in the region, acquiring new customers and converting initial business conversations to successful onboarding, driving the right outcomes, and delivering value for all parties.
The ability to sell innovation and ideas will be second nature to you as you seek to develop productive networks and trusted relationships, you will delight in the idea of being the master of your own destiny and the opportunity to drive shared outcomes. With superb communication skills, an aptitude for rapport building and the ability to identify and convert through thorough solutioning, you will naturally have a partnering approach and strategic mindset.

- 5 years + experience within a similar role; sales management and solution sales with a solid business development focus
- Proven IT sales; negotiation; planning; and financial management skills
- A natural problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Prior experience selling innovation and strategic futures alongside a proactive, commercial mindset
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A strong customer service delivery focus
- IT managed services and/or Technology industry experience
