ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for working on new large scale projects and plan a pivotal role in their delivery and partner closely with the wider business. 

There is a lot of variety in the projects they offer but initially you will work two large scale projects in the data and reporting space and an integration project. 
  
You will be responsible for working with project, business and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver value via projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
This role will also educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and train users.

The team all get on really well and the wider business enjoy socialising at work, having a cheers on Friday’s, and they offer great flexibility. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead projects and provide leadership and direction
  • Prepare budget, plan and communication strategy for each project
  • Manage the delivery of each project including trend analysis and reporting
  • Run workshops and take the company on the journey
  • Act as the key point of contact for the project and with partners
  • Work closely with customer's project managers to ensure timely delivery
ABOUT YOU:
  • 2-3 project experience working on IT projects 
  • Previous project management experience in a project coordinator or BA role would be ideal 
  • Experience managing workshops 
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
