ABOUT THE COMPANY:

They have a range of new software solutions they offer large enterprise businesses and medium sized companies in NZ.

They also have a few other businesses within their global business; one being a well known MSP in NZ. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an initial 12 month contract to focus on rolling out new systems across the business. They are working through a full IT re-haul of their systems and introducing new CRM systems; CPQ systems etc. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company with great people and a high-trust culture. You'll be responsible for working on new large scale projects and plan a pivotal role in their delivery and partner closely with the wider business (Director of Operations; CIO; Managing Director)
  
You will be responsible for working with business; IT teams and vendors to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver value via projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
This role will also educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and train users.

The team all get on really well and the wider business enjoy socialising at work, having a cheers on Friday’s.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead projects and provide leadership and direction
  • Prepare budget, plan and communication strategy for each project
  • Manage the delivery of each project including trend analysis and reporting
  • Run workshops and take the company on the journey
  • Act as the key point of contact for the project and with partners
  • Work closely with customer's project managers to ensure timely delivery
ABOUT YOU:
  • 5+ years project experience working on IT projects - ideally have had experience working within the MSP space
  • Experience managing workshops 
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
