ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be utilising your project management skills and expertise within a new strategic high-impact digital programme, encompassing a website, mobile applications and (CMS) content manager solution.
You will lead multiple project workstreams of cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, designers, QA, business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective team work, alignment, transparency, proactive problem solving and agility throughout the delivery lifecycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will lead multiple project workstreams of cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, designers, QA, business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective team work, alignment, transparency, proactive problem solving and agility throughout the delivery lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a busy and varied role, and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Plan complex projects into logical work packages to enable their efficient and successful delivery.
- Communicate the project plan in a clear and effective manner including both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Produce high‑quality planning artefacts including schedules, budgets, dependency maps, and risk registers
- Lead the delivery of assigned digital workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals, user experience standards, and front‑end technical requirements
- Make informed decisions through consultation with SMEs, product owners, and senior stakeholders
- Keep programme manager and key stakeholders regularly informed, raising risks and issues early and seeking input into mitigation strategies
- Oversee front‑end delivery components such as UI/UX alignment, content migration, CMS configuration, and mobile/web performance considerations
- Lead Go/No‑Go processes, implementation planning, and post‑implementation reviews
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, and external suppliers
- Ability to work within a team to develop and implement new digital front end solutions
- Strong understanding of modern front‑end delivery including responsive design, UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and CMS‑driven content delivery
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Figma)
- Familiarity with modern web and mobile technologies, development lifecycles, and DevOps practices
- A minimum of five years successful project management experience in a digital and business transformation environment
- Proven experience delivering complex front‑end or customer‑facing digital products (websites, mobile apps, CMS implementations)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams across IT, design, content, operations, marketing, and external vendors
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing, negotiation, and managing competing priorities
- Experience delivering Agile and hybrid methodology projects
