ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a vital role within the project delivery function, providing first-class practice related support services.  Supporting the Project Delivery Practice Manager with planning, prioritisation, scheduling, resourcing, co-ordination and reporting.

You will collaborate with the project delivery team members to support delivery on transformation projects with efficiency, including managing administrative tasks and providing support to key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project delivery coordination
  • Resource management support
  • Communications and administration support
  • Practice reporting
  • Financial support including managing large cost centres, raising purchase orders and tracking invoices
  • Documentation and content management
ABOUT YOU:
This role involves a extensive interaction with senior stakeholders, and so we are looking for someone with high exec maturity, the ability to deal with conflicting priorities, financial acumen and the ability to create ad hoc data analysis and reports.  A strong ability to manage deadlines and having exceptional relationship management skills are integral to the success of this role.

In addition you should have:
  • A project management certification
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, PPM tools for resource management
  • 5 plus years experience in similar roles and project coordination experience over medium to large sized portfolios
  • Experience with resource planning and budget management
  • The ability to work withi minimum supervision
