ABOUT THE ROLE:
Within this role, you will be responsible for providing strong programme support across your designated projects, which will include a high level of financial management and tracking. You will support the Programme and Project Managers in the administration, planning, prioritisation, scheduling, resourcing and reporting of the programmes of work. This role will also support the delivery of projects by coordinating Steering group meetings and facilitating resourcing as required.
We are seeking someone with a good technical mind and who can learn new skills and knowledge with ease. You will bring your exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to this role. In addition, you will need:
- Extensive programme Coordination experience across medium to large programmes
- Budget management skills
- The ability to appropriately process confidential information
- Good diary management experience
- Risk management experience
