ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work closely with the programme manager to ensure programme objectives are met.

Responsibilities include:
  • Workshop planning and coordination
  • Setting up governance meetings and taking minutes
  • Preparing PowerPoint slide decks
  • Owning resource spreadsheet
  • Working with project managers to ensure key milestones are met
ABOUT YOU:
  • Experience working on large IT projects and programmes in an administrator role
  • Good experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Strong document management skills
  • Experience with scheduling and administering workshops, governance meetings etc.
  • Very strong communication and relationship-building skills
