ABOUT YOU: You're a seasoned Product Owner who thrives on delivering exceptional solutions and leading teams. You possess a perpetual drive to solve complex problems, always putting customers at the forefront, and ensuring your team has clear direction. As the sole Product Owner, you’ll be confident liaising with various stakeholders both internally and externally and enjoy the challenge of a multifaceted role.
Your experience should include:
Deep knowledge of product management principles and best practice.
Experience taking a product from ideation to delivery.
Excellent communication skills to translate customer feedback into product solutions that meet their needs.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
High level of proficiency with Jira or other ticketing software
ABOUT THE ROLE: As a market leader in their industry, our client is very well-established in New Zealand and now aims to conquer the global market. They are seeking a talented Product Owner like you to lead their team in developing and delivering innovative product features that yield phenomenal results for customers worldwide.
Collaboration is key, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing the product workflow
Developing and refining the full scope and product definitions
Working on backlog alongside the Head of Engineering
Managing the transition of work from Development to QA, and then into Beta and Pilot groups.
Conducting customer research to understand user pain-points to inform product direction.
Leading your team to design and deliver exceptional solutions.
