ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lead a team of delivery professionals through regular coaching and upskilling and ensure robust delivery methodologies are in place. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, your responsibilities will include:
Identify growth and learning opportunities for team members and ensure development plans are in place
Manage the performance management process for your direct reports
Seek out and identify ways to continuously improve capability across the ICT landscape
Advise on processes and procedures to ensure successful project delivery
Provide input into portfolio performance reporting
Collaborate with leaders in resource management, delivery scheduling and financial management to optimise delivery processes
ABOUT YOU:
A strong track record of leadership in enterprise scale environments
A deep understanding of the fundamentals of IT delivery
Extensive experience in developing the skills and capabilities of individuals, including using capability frameworks
The ability to build and maintain authentic relationships with all levels of the business
Experience of leading geographically distributed teams
