ABOUT THE CONTRACT

This contract will start mid-September and end at the end of the November. 

We are seeking a friendly and experienced support professional to assist with the onboarding of a newly re-designed digital platform. This role is integral to helping clients embrace a streamlined solution that enhances efficiency with digital forms.

You will engage directly with a range of clients guiding them through the new platform. Your focus will be on ensuring they are comfortable, confident, and satisfied with their experience, helping with questions and providing ongoing support during their transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients through onboarding to the new platform
  • Respond to client inquiries with patience and clarity
  • Guide users on platform features and troubleshoot issues
  • Foster strong relationships and ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams for ongoing support and learning
  • Participate in initial onboarding sessions with senior leadership
What We're Looking For
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in customer onboarding and relationship management such as customer support manager roles
  • Experience with SaaS products 
  • Technical support background with a friendly, engaging manner
  • Patience and ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Adaptability to varying levels of technical understanding
  • Confidence working in a collaborative team environment
